OMAHA - Harland Foster, 87, of Council Bluffs died Dec.16.

Survivors include his wife, Marjorie; two daughters, Sharon and Elaine; two granddaughters.

Celebration of Life services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Risen Son Christian Village Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.

Graveside services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Gresham Cemetery in Dunkerton. Memorial service will be Friday at 3 p.m. at Cedar Heights Baptist Church in Cedar Falls. Boyd E. Braman Mortuary in Omaha is in charge of arrangements.
