Vicky V. McQuinn

Celebration of Life service for Vicky V. McQuinn, 50, of Council Bluffs will be Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home with the Rev. Glen Schacht of Hospice Preferred Choice officiating.

She died Dec. 14 at the home of her brother.

She was born Aug. 22, 1952, in Madison, S.D., to Vernon and Donna (Wiseman) Hanson. She previously lived in Jacksonville, Fla., for two yeras and Omaha for nine years. She was a 1971 graduate of Madison High School. She was a health care provider at the Glenwood Resource Center for 13 years. She was of the Lutheran Faith.

Survivors include one daughter, Stephanie A. Hanson of Omaha; one son, John E., and wife, Dawn, of Omaha; mother, Donna Smith, of Glenwood; two sisters, Sally Van Doren and husband, Chuck, of Glenwood and Holly Prettyman of California; one brother, John A. Hanson, and wife, Suzanne, of Council Bluffs; two granddaughters; nieces and nephews.

The body has been cremated.
