GLENWOOD - The funeral for Joseph William Livengood, 42, of Omaha will be Monday at 11 a.m. at United Trinity Church in Hamburg with the Rev. Bill Kanne officiating.

Mr. Livengood died Dec. 4 at Sarpy County, Neb.

He was born in Council Bluffs. He previously lived in Hamburg and moved to Omaha in 1982. He graduated from Hamburg High School in 1978, attended college at Iowa Falls for two years, and graduated from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1982. He worked sales for Quality Fence Co. in Omaha.

Mr. Livengood and his wife, Laurie, were married nine years.

Survivors in addition to his wife include one daughter, Lindsey Lee Livengood, of Omaha; one son, James, of Omaha; father, Lyndol Livengood, of Hamburg; two sisters, Mary Jane Hawkins and husband, John, of Elkhorn, Neb., and Sheryl Johnson and husband, Dan, of Wichita, Kan.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. at Peterson Mortuary in Glenwood. Burial will be in Hamburg Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been established.
