Agnes Helena Christensen McManus,
(June 2, 1915 - November 14, 2007), age 92, of Council Bluffs, previously of Glenwood, Iowa, passed away November 14, 2007, at the Woodland Rehab Center, in Council Bluffs.

Agnes was born in Council Bluffs, and graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School, in 1933. She was a medical transcriptionist at the Council Bluffs Clinic and at Park Rapids, MN Clinic. She was a member of Pacific Junction United Methodist Church, in Pacific Junction, Iowa.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jim, of 60 years; infant son; two brothers, and three sisters.

She is survived by her brothers, Howard Christensen, Robert Christensen and wife Lisa; sisters, Helen Waugh, Mabel Bandomer and husband Art, all of Council Bluffs; two step-daughters, Helen Morrison, Martha Anderson and husband Chuck, all of South Dakota; many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held Sunday afternoon, November 18th, from 2-4 p.m., at Peterson Mortuary, in Glenwood. Services, Monday, November 19th, 10:30 a.m., also at the mortuary, with lunch to follow service at Pacific Junction United Methodist Church. Burial at Memorial Park Cemetery, in Council Bluffs, at 1:30 p.m. Memorials may be offered to Pacific Junction United Methodist Church.
