Judy Kay Addison, age 65, of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away November 3, 2007 at her home.

Judy was born December 29, 1941 in Bicknell, Ind., to Bryan and Leora "Cookie" (Cook) Young. She married Gene Addison on November 9, 1957. Judy was a homemaker, a member of Glendale Presbyterian Church and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bryan Young.

Judy is survived by her husband of 49 years, Gene Addison of Council Bluffs; daughters, Sandra Overton and husband Ray of Honey Creek, Iowa, Robin Carmichael of Council Bluffs; sons, Barry Addison of Council Bluffs, Christopher and Gary Addison both of Omaha, Neb.; mother, Leora "Cookie" Bensinger of Bicknell, Ind.; 13 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Sandra Montgomery and husband Jerry of Bicknell, Ind.; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family, Tuesday, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home in Council Bluffs. Funeral Service, Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment Garner Township Cemetery. A lunch will follow at Glendale Presbyterian Church. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
