Marjorie E. Kahl, age 89, of Missouri Valley, Iowa, formerly of Council Bluffs, died on Saturday, September 29, 2007, at Longview Care Center in Missouri Valley.

On April 2, 1938, she married Herman E. Kahl. They farmed in rural Council Bluffs, Mineola and Silver City areas.

Survivors included her daughter, Susan Fichter and husband, Richard of Missouri Valley, Iowa; 2 grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; sister Elene Wilson of San Angelo, Texas.

Visitation with the family will be from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Hennessey-Amen Funeral Home in Missouri Valley. Funeral service on Wed. Oct. 3rd, at 11:00 a.m. at Church of Christ in Missouri Valley with burial at 2:30 in the Mineola Cemetery.
