Roy Keith Mills, age 68, of Council Bluffs, passed away September 24, 2007, at Woodlands Rehabilitation Center.

Roy was born February 26, 1939, in Hamburg, Iowa, to Fred and Vera (English) Mills.

Roy is survived by his sister, Shirley Swanger; niece Lori, nephews, Timothy and Randall; greatnieces, greatnephews, and one great greatniece.

Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Maher~Livingston Funeral Home. Services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Maher~Livingston Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Hollers officiating. Private inurnment will be held at a later date.

Memorials are suggested to Southside Christian Church, 1919 S. 10th St., Council Bluffs.
