Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern: That, by an order of the District Court of Pottawattamie County, Iowa, sitting at Avoca, made May 7, 1895, the name of the undersigned, Avington A. Perkins, commonly known as Avington A. Edgington, has been changed; and that on and after June 10, 1895, the name of the said applicant will be changed from that of Avington A.
