Susan Fresco Paterson, 54, of Leawood, passed away February 28, 2012, after a long battle with Von Hipple- Lindau Syndrome. Susan was born November 6, 1957 in Des Moines, IA to Dante and Mary Fresco. Susan loved to cook and travel. She was very involved with her sons' activities. Survivors include her sons, Brian Paterson (fiance', Melissa), Dante Paterson, both of Leawood, KS, her father, Dante Fresco of Des Moines, IA, and a sister, Debora (Kerry) Leech of Ankeny, IA. Susan is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Fresco.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 1st, 6-8 PM, with a funeral service to be held on Friday, March 2nd, 2:00 PM, at DW Newcomer's Johnson County Chapel.
