Des Moines, Iowa - Patricia Kay Busick passed away on Wednesday, June 12th , 2019. She was born on July 14th, 1941 in Des Moines, to Lowell Charles & Miriam Louise (Hartsook) Busick.
Patricia is survived by her son, Jeffery (Dawn) Busick, grandsons, Eric Busick & Brandon Busick, granddaughter, Ashley (Sarena) Ramirez, great-grandson Pryderi Ramirez, brothers, Dwight (Cherie) Busick, Mike Busick & Steve (Pam) Busick. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Pat worked in Des Moines, retiring from American Business Phones. Her family remembers her as being a very selfless and giving person, having helped raise her brothers as the eldest sibling. Pat’s primary focus in life was caring for her friends and family. In her pass time, she spent many hours reading numerous books. She also loved collecting chickens and her home proudly displayed her collection.
Visitation will be Friday, June 21, 2019, 5 to 8pm, Dunn’s Chapel, 2121 Grand Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50312, when the family will greet friends. Burial of her cremains will be Saturday, 11am, Glendale Cemetery, 4909 University Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa 50311, Section 30-B.
