Robert L. Wannarka
09 June 1931 - 13 Feb 2012Robert L. Wannarka, 80, passed away on February 13, 2012. A private reception will be held at a later date. His cremated remains will be buried at Glendale Cemetery.
Robert was born on June 9, 1931, in Fairmont, MN, to Winnifred and Frank Wannarka. He served in the Army and then worked primarily in the airline industry. Robert was blessed with a musical gift and sang in various bands and events over the years. He loved big band music in particular. Robert also enjoyed dancing, traveling and spending time in Florida.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Wannarka; four children; and two-stepchildren. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Larry.
