Helen Wilson, 87, of The Shores of Pleasant Hill, passed away May 4, 2011 at Taylor House in Des Moines, IA. Helen was born February 17, 1924 at Lineville, IA to Leland and Mabel (Harris) Manchester. Surviving are her husband of 67 years Howard, daughters Sharon (Steve) Karns Lineville, IA, Judy A. Wilson (Alan) Pleasant Hill, IA, and Debra (Steve) Jones Des Moines, IA, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, sister Shirley (Larry) Walter MT, sister-in-law Betty Easley KS.

Visitation will be Sunday May 8, 2011 5 to 7 p.m. and services on Monday May 9, 2011 2 p.m. Greenlee - Middleton Funeral Home Lineville, IA with burial Evergreen Cemetery Lineville, IA. ~ The Des Moines (IA) Register, Sun 08 May 2011.
