VERA BERRY

Vera Berry, 91, of 720 Bell Ave., a homemaker, died of a liver ailment Thursday at Des Moines General Hospital. Services will be a 4 p.m. today at Southtown Funeral Home. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens cemetery.

Mrs. Berry was born in Atlantic and lived in Des Moines for 62 years. She was a member of Park Avenue Christian Church.

Survivors include her husband, Ernest; a son, Jack of Denver, Colo.; a daughter, Norma Kenworthy of Des Moines; a brother Ralph Durr of Denver, Colo; two sisters, Leila Leigan of Des Moines and Florence Malone of Milford, Ill.; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home today.
