Patricia Elliott, 71, of West Des Moines and formerly of Sumner, Iowa, died February 8, 2013, at Arbor Springs Assisted Living Center in West Des Moines after a lengthy battle with dementia.

Private family funeral services will be held at Becker-Milnes Funeral Home in Sumner, Iowa with Rev. Sandra Burroughs of St. John Lutheran Church, Buck Creek officiating.

Interment will be at Union Mound Cemetery, Sumner.

Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, February 11, 2013, at Becker-Milnes Funeral Home in Sumner.

Memorials may be directed in her name to the Alzheimer's Association .
