John Hoover Beeson, 69, of Grimes, Ia., lifelong resident of Polk county, died at Mercy hospital Saturday morning.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Saylorville Christian church. Burial will be at Pine Hill cemetery.
Mr. Beeson was born on a farm five miles north of Des Moines. He lived in that part of the county all his life.
He is survived by two sons, F.C. Beeson and B.H. Beeson, and a daughter, Mrs. Mary Bianco, all of Polk county.
