Brett Daniel Allen, 51, of Ankeny, went to be with the Lord on September 16, 2012.

Brett was born March 30, 1961, in Des Moines to Robert and Mary Allen.

His memories will live on in his beautiful daughter, Emily Ann Allen, of Coon Rapids, Minnesota; his father of Florence, Arizona; his devoted brother, Scott Allen of Shawnee, Kansas; his loving sister, Julie Thomas (John) of Thornton, Colorado; as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews and the love of his life, Marie Blatt.

He was preceded in death by his beloved mother and younger sister, Annette Reed.

Private services were held and Brett's final resting place will be next to his mother at Epiphany Cemetery in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Brett is finally at peace and will never be forgotten.
