Lurene J. Jaeger
MADRID, IA., - Lurene J. Jaeger, 88, of the Madrid Home for the aged, formerly of 2021 York Ave., Des Moines, died of a kidney ailment Sunday at home.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at First Lutheran Church in Des Moines, of which she was a member. Burial will be at Resthaven Cemetery.

Mrs. Jaeger was born in Winfield and had lived in Des Moines since 1914. She was a retired librarian at the Des Moines Public Library.

Surviving are a son, Steve Jaeger of Des Moines, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Thursday at Dahlstrom Funeral Home, where the family will be present from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to her church. ~ The Des Moines Register, Des Moines, Iowa Tues 20 Aug 1991.
