Alice Bolten, 95, passed away on Monday, November 19, 2012, at Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center, in Rockford, IL. She was born on March 8, 1917, in St. Mary's, Iowa, and married William Bolten on April 16, 1941. Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; parents, John and Dora Gehringer; brother Arthur, and sisters Evelyn Whitcomb, Dorothy Leichliter, and Ellen Lennon.

Alice is survived by her daughter Pat (Tony) Rosonke, granddaughters Kristen (Frank) Mucci, Suzanne Rosonke, and great-grandsons Anthony and James Mucci.

Alice enjoyed traveling on religious pilgrimages to Italy, Portugal, France, Venezuela, Yugoslavia, Mexico, Canada, and the Holy Land.
