Golden Valley, AZ

Larry Bring passed away quietly at home on July 18, 2012 after a long struggle with cancer.

Larry was born September 6, 1936 in Des Moines, Iowa.

He spent most of his childhood on the east side of Des Moines, graduating from East High and working at Library Binding Service until he entered the Air Force in 1956. After the Air Force he relocated to California, and retired to Golden Valley, AZ.

He was skilled in mechanics and electrical engineering and spent most of his adult life in those professions.

Larry loved to tell jokes, and took great pleasure in bringing a smile to everyone that came into contact with him.

He was preceded in death by his parents Lois and Veryln Bring both formerly of Des Moines, and three grandsons.

Larry is survived by his wife of 42 years, Barbara Bring of Golden Valley, AZ. Daughters Debra (Terry) Semmens of Iowa, Pamela (Wayne) White, Kellie (Jeff) Simmons, Kimberly (Lynn) Schultz all of California, Paula (Brian) Hesson of Alaska. Sons Ron (Tami) Miller of Iowa, Craig (Cindy) Bring and Tim Bring of California. 25 grandchildren and 19 great- grandchildren.
