Mrs. Mahale D. Garren

Mrs. Mahale D. Garren, sixty-two, died Tuesday at the home of her daughter Mrs. Anna Nagle, who resides near Ankeny.

She was born near Ankeny in 1854 and has lived her entire life in Polk co. Besides her daughter, she is survived by one brother, George Dietz of Des Moines and six sisters, Mrs. Lydia Brohile, of Lytton, Iowa; Mrs. Charles Swartfager of Ankeny; Mrs. Lydia Williams of Sac City; Mrs. Lizzie Howard of Ayrshire; and Mrs. Frank Mathis and Mrs. Francis Vrun of Des Moines.
