L Beadie dies in Des Moines Hospital
Louden Beadle, aged 74, died Monday at the Iowa Luthern Hospital where he had been taken for treatment andn observation about 2 weeks ago. The body was taken to Burr Funeral Home in Mitchellville and funeral services held at Ivy church yesterday afternoon. Mr. Beadle was well known in this section where he lived for years and was a highly honored and esteemed man who will be greatly missed not only by his family but by his neighbors and the community in general. He is survived by his wife and daughter Mrs. L.O. Webb of Des Moines and a grandson Howard McCauley of Prairie City and one great grandchild.
