Connie Howard, 51, died on Thursday, June 15, 2006 at the Kavanagh House Hospice on Grand in West Des Moines.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, June 18, at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home with cremation following the service. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service on Sunday. Connie is survived by her husband Dennis, her children, Dennis (Heather) Howard,Jr. of Des Moines, Jon (Emily) Howard of Des Moines and Kelly Howard of Des Moines, her five grandchildren, Delainey, Caitlyn, Hailey, Lillie and Maylana; her sister, Mary Alice (Glen) Farnsworth of Salt Lake City, UT., her brother, Paul (Debbie) Baird of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to the Connie Howard Memorial Fund.
