Chas. Donaldson Dies in Des Moines

Chas. Donaldson of Des Moines, whose illness was reported in this paper a few weeks ago, died on Tuesday of last week. He was well known in the west part of the county, where the family lived for many years and in Winterset, where Mr. Donaldson conducted a livery barn before moving to Des Moines.

He leaves a wife, formerly Miss Delaplain of East Peru. Of the parental family, he is survived by the mother, Mrs. S. J. Donaldson, two brothers, Herb and Ralph, all of this county, and three sisters, Mrs. Frank Wight of this county, Mrs. John McGee of Blackwell, Okla., and Mrs. Berl Meacham of Rothemay, Montana.

Note: Burial was made in the Glendale cemetery, Des Moines, Iowa.
