Services for John L. Kimberling, 46, of 2519 E. Fifty-first Street (Des Moines, Iowa) who died of cancer here Friday, will be at 3 p.m. Monday in Hamilton's Funeral Home, with burial in the Glendale Cemetery World War II plot.

Born in Myrtle, Idaho, Mr. Kimberling was a cabinet maker and a member of the American Legion and Disabled American Veterans. Surviving are his wife, Frances; three sons, Alfred and Daniel of Santa Monica, Cal., and Kenneth of Des Moines; two daughters, Susan of Des Moines and Mrs. Gay Freeman of Salt Lake City, Utah; his mother, Mrs. Leota Kimberly of Reno, Nev.; a brother, Kenneth, of Reno, and a sister, Mrs. Lucille Isbell of Ely, Nev.
