Scott C. Pidgeon of Des Moines, prominent in Iowa banking circles since 1935, died last Thursday at his home in Windsor Heights. He was 76 years of age.
Mr. Pidgeon was a major shareholder in the Union State Bank at Winterset for the last 12 years and was a frequent business caller in this community.
The entire board of directors of the Union State Bank and Don Bolton, Ron Williams and John Foster of the bank staff attended funeral services for Mr. Pidgeon in Des Moines.
