Memroial services for John T. Howard, Jr., 50, who died Monday, March 9, 2009, in Hermiston,OR, will be held 10a.m., Saturday, May 2, 2009, at the First United Methodist Church in Indianola, IA, followed by burial of cremains in the I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Indianola.
John was born in Klamath Falls, OR, and had lived in Indiana, Louisiana, Texas, and Iowa before spending the last eleven years in Hermiston. He was employed by Wal-Mart for 24 years where he worked as a dispatcher.
He is survived by his father, John Thomas Howard, Sr., of Indianola, and sister, Mari Ann Howard, of Baltimore, MD. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barb Howard.
