Services for Mrs. Laura Watkins, 89, of the Ramsey Memorial Home, 1611 Twenty-seventh St., will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Hamilton's Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Pleasant Hill. Mrs. Watkins, a Lovilia native who lived here more than 60 years, died of cancer Sunday at the home. She was a retired hairdresser and a member of Chesterfield Christian Church. There are no immediate family survivors. 16 Sept 1881 to 5 Sept 1971.
