Des Moines Tribune, March 13, 1963, Page 11, Column 3: Services for Frank B. Johnson, 82, of 1506 Twenty-eighth St., who died of a stroke Sunday at Mercy Hospital, will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Hamilton Funeral Home. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery. Mr. Johnson, who had been ill six years, was a native of Chatham, New Brunswick, Canada, and came from Canada to Council Bluffs 79 years ago. A Des Moines resident 72 years, he was plant superintendent for Northwestern Suspender Co. for 32 years and then sold insurance for the Crawford Kastberg Agency until his retirement about 10 years ago. Surviving are his widow, Fern; a son, Robert of Tacoma, Wash., and a sister, Mrs. Alice Yates of Jacksonville, Fla.
