Roger Dennis Runyan, age 68, died Nov. 27, 2007, in Prescott Valley, Ariz. He was born in Des Moines, Iowa, Nov. 10, 1939.
Roger was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyed photography and loved his job as manager of telecommunications at Yavapai Colleges.
Roger is survived by his wife Janet; daughter Susan Jitamir; stepdaughter Karen, stepsons, Bruce and Lee Dickson; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorial donations in honor of Roger be sent to Yavapai College Foundation, Roger Runyan Career Enhancement Fund, 1100 E. Sheldon St., Prescott, AZ 86301.
A Celebration of life gathering in honor of Roger will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, 2007, at the Sunrise Funeral Home Chapel, 8167 E. Highway 69, Prescott Valley, Ariz.
