I located his obituary as well as some further information for you including the names of Karel Viktora's parents ---- Frank Viktora and Catherina Ridle from his death certificate #78-086. I am also including a link to the actual certificate:

CHARLES VIKTORA
On Saturday, April 8th, occurred the death of Charles Viktora, although his health has been poor for some time, it was not thought serious until Dec. 15th, 1921, he took a hemmorage of the stomach, which made him bedfast till the hour of his death which occurred at 8 o'clock Saturday morning. He was born in Bohemia, Jan. 10th, 1860, and died at his home in Pocahontas April 8th, 1922, at the age of 62 years. He came across with his family in the year of 1900, and settled at Gowrie, Iowa, where they lived for 2 years. In the spring of 1903 they came to Pocahontas and has lived in the vicinity of Pocahontas, farming, until 4 years ago when he retired from the farm and moved to town to spend his remaining years.

He leaves to mourn his death besides his faithful loving wife, 4 sons and 4 daughters: Joseph of Elkton, Minn., Frank, Louis and James of Pocahontas; Mrs. James Fuska of Omaha, Neb., Mrs. Wesley Stoulil, Mrs. Charles Nedved of Pocahontas and Miss Antoinette at home, all being present at the funeral from Sts. Peter and Paul's church and the remains were laid to rest in the Calvary cemetery.
