Margaret Neal Hart is buried in the Laurens Cemetery in Laurens, Iowa

MRS. H. E. HART DIES IN CANADA; FUNERAL FRIDAY

Mrs. H. E. Hart of Laurens passed away Monday afternoon at Fairlight, Saskatchewan, Canada, according to information received here this week. With a brother from Deep River, she had gone to Canada about a week ago to visit another brother who was ill. The body was expected to arrive in Laurens by train this morning, and funeral services will be at 2 p. m. tomorrow (Friday) at the McKee Funeral home. Mrs. Hart's son, Clint, is to arrive here sometime today from Pittsburgh, Pa.

Services Friday for Mrs. Hart
Laurens Woman dies at home of Brother in Canada.

Funeral services were held at the McKee Funeral Home at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon for Mrs. H. E. Hart, 82 who passed away suddenly, June 17, at the home of her brother, John Neal, at Fairlight, Saskatchewan, Canada. The Rev. H. O. Ward was in charge of the services and burial was in Laurens. Pallbearers were John Fagan, S. E. Swanson, Paul Moor, Lloyd Peterson, Fred Dubbert and Ulrich Dubbert.

Margaret Neal was born April 22, 1859, at Aurora, Ill. She moved with her parents Andrew and Sofia Neal, to Iowa county when a small child and to this community in 1879. In 1900 she moved to Laurens. She had been a widow for many years, having lived alone in her home here.

She is survived by two sons, W. P. Stemen of Denver Colo., and Clinton H. Hart, of Pittsburgh, Pa., two brothers, Chris Neal of Deep River and John Neal of Fairlight, Saskatchewan, Canada, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Wright of Hendricks, Minn.
