Hello-
There is a Samuel W born 1895 in town Havelock, age 0 on the census, which you have seen. I find nothing further on this person in the county. It's hard without his parents names. In 1910 there is a Samuel Cox born 1863 in Indiana, wife Lydia and 2 daughters. They were lving in Cummins township, Pocahontas Co.
There was a Samuel J Cox born 2-12-1895 in KY, who lived in Gilmore City according to his WWI draft registration card. That's about it.
Do you have any more information that may be of help? Spouses names, children's names, etc.
