Affidavit

To Whom It May Concern

I, R.R. Anderson, being first duly sworn on oath do depose and say:--

That I am a resident of *Hover?, in the County of Pocahontas and State of Iowa.

That I knew Edward Anderson who at one time owned the south east quarter,

section 15-Township 93-Range 32.

That the said Edward Anderson died intestate on or about January 4th, 1882 and

administration was had upon his estate; that the sole heirs at law of said

Edward Anderson were his widow Elizabeth Anderson and his only children, James

E. Anderson and Ellen Anderson. (James E. Anderson also appears as Jame

Anderson, both referring to the same person)

That he left no issue of any deceased child him surviving, nor any adopted

child, nor any issue of adopted child him surviving.

All of which is true as I verily believe.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 29th day of December 1910
