Your information is correct.
Baptized 20 Apr 1899. Godparents L. KASS, Mur. or Mar. JARDIN.
The Latin form of Jeanette was used, Joh followed by a small a over a line. I have seen Johanna used for Jeanette other places.
The pastor omitted the G on JARDING in both places.
Small notation in the margin:
Mat. c.c. Fr. Benton 6/23 1922 Fort Dodge S.H.ch.
