Seeking information on the name of my mother: born Bernice Cecelia Phipps.

She was born in 1912 (August 8th) - on a farm somewhere between Westfield and Akron. I do not have a birth certificate for her. Her father was James Wesley Phipps (1870-1942). Her mother was born Ellen Deborah Cecelia Blom (1887-1983). Any information about her or her family much appreciated.
