I am looking for John Fletcher Rees birth mother Lila Mae Rees born Feb. 1941 in Elgin township Plymouth County. I am looking for the name of the Doctor that delivered the baby in the home. Are the adoption records still closed for Iowa. Where do I find out about this person?
