Karen, I found the family in the 1895 Iowa State Census, as follows:
William D. Wilkinson, age 35, HEAD, born Jones Co. Iowa, living in Kingsley, Iowa
Phebe Wilkinson, age 36, WIFE, born in IL, living in Kingsley, Iowa
Maggie Wilkinson, age 12, dau, born in Cherokee County, IA, living in Kingsley
Eva Wilkinson, age 8, dau, born in Clay County, IA, living in Kingsley
Roy Wilkinson, age 6, son, born in Cherokee County, IA, living in Kingsley
Florence Wilkinson, age 4, dau, born in Cherokee County, IA, living in Kingsley

This is likely the correct family. The birth place of Florence shows on this record to be Cherokee County, not Plymouth County.

I have searched and so far do not have any siting of this family in the 1900 Census. Still trying.
