Ann Puetz

Ann Puetz, 84, Portland, Ore. and former Le Mars resident, died unexpectedly Thursday (April 12, 1990) at Plymouth Manor Care Center. She had lived at the care center since returning to Le Mars in 1989.

Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Le Mars with Rev. Merlin Schrad officiating. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. Sunday with a spiritual wake service at 7 p.m. Sunday at the Luedtke-Feuerstein Funeral Home.

Ann Puetz was born April 25, 1905, in Early to Frank and Mary Reiff Puetz. She graduated from St. Joseph's Catholic School. She worked at American Trust Bank in Le Mars before moving to Portland where she worked for First Interstate Bank for 40 years, moving to Le Mars in August 1989.

Survivors are two brothers, Lawrence Puetz of Portland and Donald Puetz of Storm Lake.

She was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers, John, Hugo, Art, Bill, Vince and Jim Puetz; seven sisters, Mary Braband, Henrietta Kramer, Irene Lewis, Betty Wolbers, Josephine Wurth, Clem Malloy and Ang Daly.
