Obituary.
Mrs. Florence Brown

Mrs. Florence M. Brown, 82, 321 Second Ave., SW, LeMars died Sunday (July 29, 1973) at Plymouth Manor Care Center after an extended illness.

Funeral services are pending with the Luken-Johnson funeral home.

Florence Betsworth was born July 12, 1891 at Merrill, the daughter of the late Edgar and Eva (Hoover) Betsworth.

She was married to Charles Brown Sept. 26, 1906, at Sioux City. Mr. Brown died in 1947.

Mrs. Brown was a LeMars beautician for 23 years and then taught at the Samuels school of Cosmetology, Sioux City. She was a resident of Sioux City and LeMars.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. William Donlin of LeMars and Mrs. Carl Albert of Sioux City; a sister, Mrs. Everett Simon of LeMars; 11 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two daughters, four brothers and three sisters.
