Young Mother Dies
Mrs. H. O. Buehre Succumbs Following Operations
Had Lived Here All Her Life
The Deceased Was a Daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Albert Doering and Was
Born and Reared Here. -- Leaves
Husband and Four Children.Mrs. Buehre, wife of H. O. Buehre, of Johnson township, died at the city hospital on Saturday night at half past eleven. A week ago Saturday she was brought to the hospital to undergo an operation for gallstones and appendicitis. On Friday her condition took a turn for the worse and she sank rapidly, death ensuing on Saturday night.
Mrs. Buehre had lived all her life in Plymouth county. Her maiden name was Mary Doering and she was born in Grant township on May 2, 1883. She grew up on the farm, attending the country schools and helping in the work on the farm.
She was united in marriage with H. O. Buehre on March 25, 1908. To their union four children were born who are Edna, Harry, Vernon and Lillian, ranging in age from eleven years to a year and a half. Besides the bereaved husband and children she leaves to mourn her death her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Doering, of this city, three sisters, Mrs. Tina Onken, Mrs. Angeline Longraff and Mrs. Mabel Frahm, of this vicinity, and a brother, John Doering, of Akron, O.
The funeral will be held today leaving the home of Henry Buehre, 913 Howard street, at 12 o'clock for Johnson township, where services will be held at the Johnson Lutheran church, Rev. T. Meyer officiating and the interment made in the cemetery at that place.
Mrs. Buehre was a devoted wife and mother, and an ideal homemaker, and her life was an influence for good in the community in which she lived her life. She was highly esteemed by a large number of friends who extend sympathy and condolence to the bereaved husband and children.
