Wesley Willey, former well known
resident of Hawarden, died July 10th
at his home at Kingsley, Iowa, after
a week's illness following a stroke of
apoplexy. Burial was made at Kingsley,
a number of relatives and old
time friends from here attending the
funeral, including his niece, Miss
Grace Morey, and Mr. and Mrs. Lee
Morey of this city. The deceased was
68 years of age, having passed his
58th birthday just a few days before
he died. He had made his home at
Kingsley for the past three years,
during which time he operated a
cream station. He made his home in
Hawarden several years ago and has
many old friends in this vicinity who
will mourn his death. After leaving
Hawarden he lived at Salem and
other places in South Dakota, later
moving to Kingsley. He is survived
by his wife, one son, four daughters,
and one sister, Mrs. Flora Lester.

Deepest sympathy is extended the saddened
relatives in their great loss.
