OCCUPATION: He came to the United States at age 23 and attended Northern Baptist Seminary in Chicago. Rev. Strom was graduated from Gordon College and Divinity School at Boston, Mass., at which time he was ordained. He served pastorates in Rocksbury, Mass.; Oxford, Neb.; Trent, S.D.; Columbus, Neb.; Knoxville, Codell, Kan.; Hawarden and Akron. He also acted as manager of the Harlan Baptist Home at Harlan. Rev. Strom was moderator of the York Baptist Assn. and a member of the Baptist state board of managers in Nebraska. He also served as president of the Ministerial Assn. in Columbus.
