JOHN A. HENTGES

John A. Hentges, lifetime resident of Plymouth county, passed away in his sleep at the Sacred Heart hospital at 5:00 a.m. Thursday, April 12, 1956. He has been a patient there for two years.

Mr. Hentges was born August 1, 1880, here. He was 75 years of age. His wife, who preceded him in death, was the former Theresa Wurth.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 14, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Msgr. J.D. Fisch officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Wiltgen-Luedtke funeral home. A wake will be held Friday evening at the funeral home.

Survivors include a son, John Jr.; a daughter, Mrs. Willis Bolser and three grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers, Wm. F. of Santa Anna, Calif., and Dan Hentges of Lake Forrest, Ill.; and four sisters, Cleo, Emma, Helen and Gene of LeMars.
