SUDDEN SUMMONS TO FORMER RESIDENT
Mrs. Kirk Moehling, Of Arlington Heights, Illinois; Funeral Here Friday
The sad news came to relatives and friends here of the quite sudden death of Mrs. Kirk Moehling at her home in Arden Heights, Illinois, after a very brief illness resulting from an embolism, or blood clot.
Besides her husband in training in the U.S. Navy in Chicago, she is survived by an infant child about two months old; her parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Lawrence Fletcher, west of town; several brothers and sisters and many other relatives in this vicinity.
She was formerly Miss Lorene Fletcher and has lived in Des Plaines the past few years.
Her death comes as the first break in the circle of a large family of children. The many friends in this community where she grew to young womanhood, offer heartfelt sympathy to the husband, parents, brothers, sisters and other relatives in their bereavement.
The body arrived in Akron today (Thursday), accompanied by the husband, a brother, Quigley Fletcher of Palatine, Ill., and one sister-in-law, Mrs. Edgar Fletcher, of Des Plaines, Ill.
Funer services will be held Friday, 2:00 p.m. in the First Baptist church and interment in Riverside cemetery.
