Note: He is buried in Hillside Cemetery. His mother's maiden name is Corrothers and his wife's maiden name is Ehrck.

WILL MANZ DIES OF PNEUMONIA

Well Known Young Farmer of Washington, Is Victim of Dread Disease After Short Illness

William Manz, a well known resident of Washington Township, succumbed yesterday morning to anattack of pneumonia. He had been in a precarious condition since last Thursday and his strength gave out and he was unable to cope longer with the dread disease. His death is a dreadful shock to his young wife and brothers and sisters.

William Manz was born and lived all his life in Plymouth County, being a son of pioneer residents, Mr. and Mrs. H. Manz, who have preceded him in death

He leaves a wife and three little girls to mourn the protection and care of a loving hsband and father. He was about 38 years of age. He leaves also several brothers and sisters, George Manz, Mrs. William Lemke and Miss Florence Manz of this county, a brother and sister in California and a brother in Nebraska.

The funeral arrangements will not be completed until the relativs abroad who were informed of the death, have answered the telegrams sent them.

The funeral of William Manz will be held at the residence in Washington Township on Wednesday at 1:30 and from there the cortege will go to the M. E. Church in Merrill, where services will be held and interment made at that place.
