Mrs. Ben Andresen
Funeral services for Mrs. Ben Andresen, 74, 5403 Morningside Ave., Sioux City, were at 1 p.m. Monday at St. Mark Lutheran church, Sioux City. Burial was in Riverside cemetery at Akron.
Mrs. Andresen died Thursday evening, March 27, at a hospital after a long illness.
The former Alma Helena Siebels, she was born Jan. 3, 1895, at Oldenburg, Germany. She came to the United States and to Barneston, Neb., in 1911. She moved to Akron in 1912 and was married to Mr. Andresen in 1919. He died at Akron in 1948.
Mrs. Andresen moved to Le Mars in 1949 and was employed as a seamstress by Good will Industries for several years. She was a member of St. Mark Lutheran church.
Survivors are two sons, Lloyd, Correctionville, and Wayne H., Sioux City; two daughters, Mrs. Eddie D. Moore of the Philippine Islands and Mrs. Robert Farrin of Raisin, Calif., a brother, Harry Siebels, Le mars, and 14 grandchildren.
