The funeral of Miss Lillie Parker, daughter of Tom Parker, who died on Tuesday last of erysipelas at the age of eighteen years, was largely attended by
friends and acquaintances on Thursday afternoon at the Methodist church, Rev. R. C. Glass officiating.

The young lady, quit and unostentatious in manner, cheerful under all circumstances, what so ever she found to do doing with all might, will be missed, and while it may be thought It was a dispensation of Providence in taking her away, still her life was such that she leaves behind an example worthy to be followed. She has gone but will not be forgotten, The family have our sincere sympathy.
