KICK FATAL TO LAD

Thirteen Year Old Boy Succumbs to Injuries

Raymond McMahon, 13 years old, a son of Charles McMahon, residing near Merrill, was kicked by a horse in the stomach on Thursday. The blow resulted fatally, the boy dying at a hospital in Sioux City yesterday

The boy is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. McMahon, and three brothers, Owen, Claude and Lawrence.

The funeral will be held on Thursday at Ellendale.

Two weeks ago the boy's aunt, Miss Theresa McMahon, was badly burned at the McMahon home, when she used kerosene to start a fire in the stove. She is in a hospital in a serious condition.
