LONG—At her home in this city Friday, January 30th, 1891, of a cancerous tumor, Mrs. Mary Long, age forty years.

The circumstances of Mrs. Long's death are very sad. She was an English women whose husband deserted her some time ago. She had three little girls who were dependent upon her at the time of her death. These bright children are all provided for by kind friends in the Episcopal church of which the mother was a devoted member. The funeral services took place at the Episcopal church Sunday afternoon, Rev. L. Guerin, officiating.
