Mrs Stanley P. Lilly, 82, longtime Westfield resident, died Sunday at an Akron, Iowa hospital after a long sickness.

Funeral services will be at 2 p. m. Tuesday at Congregational church of Westfield. Rev. Donald Roberts will officiate. Burial will be in the Riverside cemetery at Akron under the direction of the; Rossow funeral, home of Akron,

Mrs Lilly was born May 23, 1880 at Waupun Wisconsin. She came to Westfield in 1890. She was married to Stanley P. Lilly on January 26, 1901. He died March 6, 1940.

Survivors include three daughters Mrs Evelyn Banks of Westfield, Mrs Audrey Croach of Hinton, and Mrs Shirley Mansfield of Elk Point, South Dakota; a son, Wallace E. of Westfield; a sister Mrs 0. B. Lilly; four brothers, Vessey Harrington of Huson, Montana and Percy, Albert and Arthur Harring ton all of Westfield; 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

MRS. S. P. LILLY DIES FOLLOWING A LONG ILLNESS

Rites For Long-time Westfield Resident Are Held Tuesday

Mrs. Stanley P. Lilly, a long-time resident of Westfield, passed away at the Akron Hospital on Sunday, December 16, after a long illness, aged 82 years, 8 months and 23 days.

Mrs. Lilly was born in Waupon, Wis., May 23, 1880. At two years of age she moved with her family to Crow Creek, S. D., where they lived for eight years, and in 1890 came to Westfield, Iowa. On January 26, 1901, she was united in marriage with Stanley P. Lilly, and to them were born three daughters and one son.

She was preceded in death by her husband March 6, 1940; by a grandson, Robert Mansfield, October 7, 1941; two brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Banks, of Westfield; Mrs. Audrey Crouch, of Hinton, la., and Mrs. Shirley Mansfield, of Elk Point, S. D.; a son, Wallace E. of Westfield; a sister, Mrs. 0. B. Lilly; four brothers, Vessey Harrington, of Huson, Mont.; and Percy, Albert and Arthur Harrington, all of Westfield; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Congregational church in, Westfield, the pastor, Rev. Donald Roberts officiating. Music was by the choir, with Mrs. K. K. Knapp as accompanist.

Pallbearers were Keith Knapp, Dyke Spaulding, Dwight Brown, Beryl Neal, Bill Welch and John Martin. Interment in Akron Riverside cemetery.
